About My Clients
In our sessions I often channel Reiki energy, which helps soothe and nurture both the physical and energetic body. While giving Reiki I often receive intuitive insights, messages and suggestions to honor and explore your life path, while also enhancing your overall wellbeing. My Background and Approach
I am a licensed professional counselor, as well a practitioner of Reiki energy healing. The organization I work for, Empowered and Authentic Living, is a rare therapeutic center that combines traditional psychotherapy with intuitive and energetic healing. Many of my sessions begin with about 10-20 minutes of Reiki healing, followed by a half hour of counseling to help integrate the healing, as well discuss the client’s life. I’ve received wonderful feedback from my clients as this combination helps dive deeper than traditional talk therapy, bringing awareness to internal struggles while also working to release them
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I greatly respect and value everyone’s unique path and beliefs. My aim is to help people find their truth, as well improve their sense of satisfaction in relationships with others, themselves, and the world. I am an experienced meditator and love helping people find inner calm and autonomy, which can be key in terms of inner healing and growth.
