I work with a variety of clients from many different stages or places in life! I enjoy using my experience and skills in a variety of ways and have, because of this, gained experience working with individuals throughout their lifespan and encompassing a variety of different economic, racial/ethnic, religious/spiritual, gender, sexual, political, and disability identity as well as a variety of psychological needs. My Background and Approach
People typically enter therapy because, in some way or another, they feel stuck. A monotonous job, fractious relationship, loneliness, consistent worry, an overhanging sense that, for some reason, something isn't right. There are many ways we can find ourselves feeling removed from a life that is both energizing and satisfying. Psychotherapy exists to provide the momentum to overcome these barriers and find more from our day-to-day. As a therapist, I work with you to find an individualized treatment, based on current research, that works for you in your current life situation. I utilize psychotherapeutic frameworks that can effectively improve an individual's experience of anxiety, anger, depression, motivation, grief, stress management, chronic pain, difficult life transitions, panic insomnia, trauma, identity, and healthy interpersonal relationships.
