Throughout my professional career I am experienced assisting resilient, brave, strong individuals living with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, identity, and other mental health issues learn positive coping mechanisms to control and manage their negative symptoms.

As a clinician I use evidence based practices to teach individuals like you the tools to help you identify, manage and control the negative symptoms you experience on your day to day life. My goal for you is to know that no matter the circumstances you can count on the tools and techniques to create relief and allow yourself to live the life you deserve and want. My approach to therapy is compassionate, solution focused and direct. I honor and respect you for being vulnerable and wanting to become the best version of yourself.
