About My Clients
You’re ready for change, but something’s keeping you stuck, maybe anxiety, depression, old wounds, or a relationship that’s lost its spark. Maybe you and your partner want to feel close again. Maybe you’re on your own, figuring out who you are and what you want. I work with couples of all genders and individuals 18+, and this is a real, affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and relationships, no masks required. You’ll feel truly met here, not just heard.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with 9 years of experience supporting couples and individuals through the things that make life feel heavy: conflict and disconnection, anxiety, life transitions, and the patterns that keep us stuck. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I draw on CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, always through a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens. That means we move at your pace, build on what’s already working, and make sure you leave sessions with tools you can actually use. With couples, we focus on communication, understanding each other, and finding your way back to connection. With individuals, we untangle what’s keeping you stuck and get clear on what you want. No jargon, no judgment, just real conversation with someone who’s genuinely in your corner. Sessions are fully virtual for clients located in Florida, so you can show up from wherever feels most like home.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in connection. Before any technique or tool, people need to feel safe, respected, and truly seen, and that’s where I start every time. I believe everyone deserves care without judgment, no matter who you love, how you identify, or what you’re carrying. Your story matters, and you are the expert on your own life. My job is to walk alongside you, offer honest perspective, and help you find your own answers. I believe change is possible, even when it feels out of reach. You don’t have to be fixed, because you aren’t broken. Most of us are just doing our best with patterns we learned a long time ago, and we can learn new ones. I also believe therapy works best when it’s real. I’ll be warm, I’ll be honest, and sometimes I’ll be a little playful, because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy every minute. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and it shows up in how I listen, how I show up, and how I hold your story.
