i wish to help all individuals struggling with life transitions, anxiety depression and overall struggles. life can be hard and it doesn't have to be harder, with my help i would like to guide and provide the positive changes you have within yourself.
My Background and Approach
i have been practicing for the last 5 years in a helping profession to individuals with disabilities in navigating their adjustment to life transitions and into the workforce in order to improve the quality of their life. I have a M. S in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from UTSA in 2017. i would like to be included along your journey of life as your accompanied passanger to explore and navigate through your hardships. You are not alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
i am an advocate for individuals with disabilities. i also advocate for all individuals who are blind or visually impaired and it is a strong passion to provide a voice to those of whom have felt marginalized and have lost their voice along the journey. I believe we are all special individuals and i see you.
