About My Clients
Is your child anxious, acting out, or overwhelmed? Are you a teen struggling with stress, friendships, or feeling misunderstood? I work with children, teens, and young adults facing anxiety, behavioral challenges, and tough family dynamics. Together, we create a safe, faith-centered space to grow, heal, and build practical tools for lasting change.
My Background and Approach
As a former teacher and current Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania, I bring a deep understanding of child and adolescent development into my counseling practice. I provide Christ-centered therapy for children, teens, and young adults, supporting them through anxiety, behavioral issues, stress, parent-child conflict, and identity development. My approach integrates faith with evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, the NEWSART model, and play therapy. I believe in nurturing the whole person—emotionally, spiritually, and mentally—and work to create a compassionate, safe, and developmentally appropriate space for growth and healing. I also offer coaching to families and young adults outside of Pennsylvania, helping clients build emotional resilience, improve communication, and strengthen their faith through life’s challenges.
