I help build self esteem and provide supportive tools to navigate difficult relationships. I have expertise in couples relationships, parent-child (and adult child) dynamics, divorce, coparenting.

I have a deep understanding of adverse childhood experiences and complicated family systems. Our early life shapes our core self concepts, which guide us throughout our journey of life. I believe in the importance of self awareness and self acceptance in healing and growing from the person you became in early life, to the person you want to be in your future.
