About My Clients

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and difficulty managing overwhelming emotions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re unsure what to expect. You don’t need to know exactly what you need help with or have the “right” words to explain it. We can figure that out together.

My Background and Approach

As a Mental Health Counselor, I take a warm, collaborative, and person-centered approach to therapy. I believe that effective therapy starts with feeling genuinely heard and understood, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My work is informed by evidence-based approaches and tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and experiences. I often incorporate cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical tools they can use in everyday life. I view therapy as a collaborative process. You know yourself and your experiences best, and my role is to help you gain insight, build coping skills, work through challenges, and move toward the life you want to create.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. I also believe that therapy should be a space where you can be completely honest without fear of judgment. I believe that people are capable of growth and change, even when it doesn’t feel possible in the moment. Our past experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others, but they do not have to determine our future. Most importantly, I believe therapy should be collaborative. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life! I’m here to help you better understand yourself, recognize what you need, and feel more confident making choices that align with the life you want.
