About My Clients
You’re thoughtful, self-aware, and likely function well on the outside~ but something still isn’t shifting beneath the surface. You may overthink, feel overwhelmed, or struggle to fully connect in relationships. Part of you wonders, “Why is this still here if I understand it?” Therapy with me goes beyond insight, helping you process what’s underneath so real, lasting change can happen.
My Background and Approach
Trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). My approach is highly relational, experiential and somatic. The focus is on helping you process emotions at a deeper level, so that we can, not only process & integrate past traumas while breaking though limiting beliefs but also discover a more solid connection to yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-worth, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in patterns they can’t shift on their own. In our work together, we slow things down & explore your emotional and bodily experience in the present moment~ helping you better understand yourself cognitively, somatically & transpersonal, while creating space for meaningful change. My style is warm & grounded. Over time, clients often experience greater clarity, self-trust & a stronger connection to themselves and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I view therapy is a sacred container... one where you can be fully human without judgment, pressure, or the need to perform. I believe healing is a natural phenomena and occurs not by forcing change, but by creating enough safety to gently turn toward what’s been held inside. I believe that our struggles are not flaws, but meaningful adaptations shaped by our experiences, relationships, and environments. When we approach them with curiosity and compassion, real and lasting transformation becomes possible. Dignity is central to my work. You deserve to feel respected, understood, and met as a whole person. I also believe therapy should be accessible and grounded in real life. This work matters, and it should feel supportive, relevant, and within reach. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
