About My Clients
I work with all clients ages 12 through adulthood. I help clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions. I provide a safe environment for the LGBTQ+ community as well as any ethnicity or religious belief.
My Background and Approach
I can provide you with an accepting and safe environment for your journey of self- exploration, healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and personal well-being. I will help you grow in your skills and acceptance. I am trained in TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT and CBT. I believe in the use of mindfulness and exploration of negative thinking patterns as support for healing.

I believe everyone can grow and learn to be better when provided with acceptance and safety. I believe everyone has the potential to overcome obstacles such as trauma, anxiety, depression and negative thought patterns. I look forward to helping you grow and heal.
