About My Clients

Do you have concerns or questions about your relationships, sexuality, or gender? Are you considering exploring non-monogamy, kink, or BDSM? Do you identify as LGBTQ+ and want a therapist who will affirm your identity as you process life transitions, anxiety, or depression? My clients come to therapy for a variety of reasons and seek an affirming space to talk about these concerns and more.

My Background and Approach

I am passionate about providing an affirming environment for exploring and discussing your concerns, questions, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to provide a warm, genuine, nonjudgmental space where you can process difficult emotions, gain insight, and learn practical skills that can impact your life and relationships. I would be honored to work with you. My specialty training includes LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy (SMU), Sex Therapist certification in progress (Sexual Health Alliance / American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors & Therapists), Consensual Non-Monogamy certification in progress (Sexual Health Alliance), LGBTQ+ CBT Affirmative Therapy training (Yale University). I also collaborate with licensed therapists at Resource Center to provide gender-affirming assessments for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) letters, gender confirmation surgeries (GCS) letters, and legal services letters (name change/gender-marker change) using WPATH standards of care.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe you are the expert on yourself and want to empower you as we collaborate on your care. I believe our culture/environment has a significant impact on how we view ourselves and how we interact with others. I became a therapist because of my own experiences with sexuality, kink/BDSM, gender, and relationships. From my own experiences and my work as a therapist, I know how powerful it can be to have a nonjudgmental space to process the impact of culture and come to better understand ourselves.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
