I love working with adults going through difficult life transitions and stressors who are looking to find their true selves. I understand how difficult it can be to open up and make changes, so I follow your lead and take things at your pace.
My Background and Approach
I follow a humanistic and approach with a focus on providing you with a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space. My practice is intersectional, inclusive, and trauma-informed. I frequently use techniques from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), harm reduction, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), schema therapy, attachment theory, and plenty of humor, playfulness, and compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a person with lived experience, I know what it feels like to struggle to find the right therapist and I know the relief and healing that comes when you find the right fit. I strongly believe in providing nonjudgmental and affirming care for all.
