About My Clients

I support teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, neurodivergence, dissociative disorders, chronic pain, anxiety, and grief. Many feel overwhelmed or disconnected but are ready for change. Together, we gently explore how your mind and body have been protecting you, using trauma-informed and somatic approaches to help you find relief, build connection, and create lasting healing.

My Background and Approach

With over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, teens, and families, I’ve been deeply committed to helping people heal from trauma and find balance in their lives. I’m trained in SAFE EMDR, a gentle approach that guides you safely through difficult memories without feeling overwhelmed. My somatic therapy training helps me listen to what your body is saying and work with its wisdom, not just your thoughts. I believe healing is more than just talking—it’s about caring for your whole self: mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and build practical tools that fit your unique story, helping you reconnect with hope, calm, and strength.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every person carries their own unique values and truths, and honoring those is at the heart of healing. We are deeply connected beings—shaped by our relationships, communities, and the world around us. My approach welcomes and respects diverse faiths, cultures, and backgrounds, creating a safe space where all parts of you can be seen and heard. Healing happens when we feel understood, valued, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you. Being trauma-sensitive means recognizing that pain often lives in both the mind and the body. I honor your pace and your story, offering gentle, holistic support that includes practical tools for rest, movement, and emotional release. Together, we work toward not just surviving—but truly thriving, as you reclaim your strength, hope, and sense of wholeness.
