About My Clients
Is the story of your life not quite what you imagined? Do past hurts continue to impact you now? I specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, adults, and complex family systems in identifying strengths to work through challenges. Whether you are experiencing intrusive thoughts, depression, anxiety, impacts of trauma, or executive functioning difficulties, we’ll work together to develop strategies to make your days feel more balanced.
My Background and Approach
I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore vulnerabilities with compassion, directness, and humor. I use a variety of interventions that best meet the identified needs of the client, always through the lens of strength-based and trauma-informed care. We'll work collaboratively to identify what brought you to treatment and what tools and modalities will support your path to healing. Perhaps you continue to be impacted by past trauma, or have unwanted thoughts that impact your day to day. If that's the case, we would explore if Brainspotting would be right for you. Maybe you struggle with emotional responses to life stressors, in which case we would discuss if cognitive behavioral therapy would be beneficial. I also frequently use dialectical behavior therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy in my practice. We will work together to develop strategies to make your days feel more balanced.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
