My Background and Approach
Therapy modalities are intentional; therefore, we will explore types of therapy and skill sets for consideration, based on your presenting needs. You will always know yourself best. I am here as a supportive member in your plan of care. I will encourage improvement and reduction of distress in the here and now, as well as sustainment of strategies outside of therapy for continued wellness.

I understand that everyone's journey is unique, and I prioritize acknowledging each person's past experiences, current situation, and future goals throughout treatment. My goal is not to have all the answers, but rather about helping you navigate your strengths and challenges, while working towards the goals you've identified as deserving of your attention and effort.
