Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, the gold standard treatment for insomnia, I offer specialized expertise in addressing sleep problems. I have been specializing in insomnia for ten years and currently serve as a consultant for other practitioners training in treating insomnia. I find working with individuals with sleep problems highly rewarding because of the steep improvements in quality of life that I see in my clients.

An often overlooked & understudied area, I focus on women's issues. I have been involved in Healthy Women, Healthy Futures in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a bilingual interconception program to mothers living in poverty. I have trained in Interpersonal Therapy for Reproductive Women's Health and the ROSE program (Reach Out, Stay Strong, Essentials). With this Evidence-Based approach, I am able to focus on the ways that prenatal, postpartum, menstrual & menopausal concerns impact women.

I specialize in sleep problems and am trained in the gold standard treatment for addressing chronic sleep concerns, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
