About My Clients

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship stress, or life changes that seem more difficult than they “should” be? Do you find yourself stuck in negative thought patterns, repeating the same conflicts with your partner, or questioning your own worth after tough interactions? You don’t have to navigate that alone. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself — messy thoughts, big feelings, uncertainty, and all.

My Background and Approach

I use an integrated therapy approach tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. My work includes evidence-based strategies to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, along with relationship-focused interventions designed to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection. When working with couples, I incorporate structured strategies to help partners understand conflict cycles, address resentment in healthy and productive ways, build emotional safety, and create intentional time for meaningful connection and intimacy. With individuals experiencing anxiety, I focus on recognizing triggers and patterns, developing emotional regulation tools, and learning to separate what is within their control from what is not. Clients also work on reducing rumination and self-criticism while building resilience and practical coping skills that support lasting emotional and relational growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy works best when it is rooted in authenticity, respect, and cultural humility. I value creating a space that is inclusive, affirming, and supportive of diverse backgrounds and identities. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationships — whether that’s your relationship with yourself, your partner, your child, or your community. Growth is possible when you feel seen, heard, and understood. Seeking therapy is a courageous step. If you’re considering reaching out, that already tells me something important about your resilience. I look forward to connecting with you.
