About My Clients

I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, or navigating major life transitions. Initially, we'll explore your experiences to better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while fostering a deep connection with your inner wisdom/resilience. Most of my clients develop greater self-awareness and more effective coping strategies with continued growth in emotional regulation.

My Background and Approach

My approach emphasizes depth, embracing individual differences, and fostering meaningful connections. My work as a therapist is grounded in a person-centered framework, while pulling techniques from IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Attachment-Based Therapy. My training and experience with yoga and meditation emphasizes my belief in the strong connection between mind and body, and speaks to how I prioritize creating space for mindfulness.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Through our work together, I hope to help you become more present and accepting of all that you are. I work with people facing life transitions and a wide spectrum of painful experiences, including anxiety, depression, grief, addictions, trauma, divorce, and identity issues.
