About My Clients
I work with those who are on the path to parenthood and are experiencing difficulties in their unique journey. Infertility is hard, and can bring about a lot of emotions, including pain, disappointment and loneliness. I am committed to providing a safe space for those facing these challenges, and believe that everyone's journey is valid and deserving of respect. My Background and Approach
I use an eclectic approach to help those experiencing infertility and pregnancy loss. I believe everyone's journey is different, and so therapeutic treatments should be tailored to your needs. I use psychoeducation, including teaching about coping skills, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). These techniques help those I work with find peace and healing while on their unique journey to parenthood.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I get that infertility sucks and is so hard. I have personally experienced infertility and pregnancy loss, and although my journey will look different than anyone else's, I get the pain it causes. But I know that while on this path, you can find healing. I want to empower you to navigate the emotional, psychological, physical, and relational difficulties that can arise from infertility and pregnancy loss, so you can live a full and meaningful life. I believe that everyone deserves respect and compassion, and embrace diversity and focus on creating an inclusive space for all.
