I specialize in infertility and reproductive traumas. Infertility can be a difficult world to navigate, especially as most individuals/couples going through it didn't expect to struggle. Whether you are just starting out your journey to build a family, need emotional support while going through treatments, or are trying to cope with grief and loss, reach out so we can provide the help you need.

Anxiety affects so many, especially women. If you need help in learning coping skills and how to work through your anxiety, please reach out. The techniques I use can help you build skills and tools to mange your anxiety, and can move you from constant worry to living in the present.

I believe that every individual is unique, and their journey to parenthood is different. Because of this, I believe in using an eclectic approach. It's helpful to learn more about your diagnosis and learn coping skills (education), it can be helpful to find ways to become aware of your thoughts and make them more realistic (CBT), it's an essential skill to learn to be emotionally aware and address emotions, rather than ignore (EFT). There are many techniques that can be used to find healing.

I believe strongly that there is no road to healing without facing your emotions. It's easy to push them away or bury them, but it can be harmful to ignore emotions. Especially on the infertility journey. It's okay to feel anger, jealousy, resentment, sadness, overwhelmed, and worthless. Those are very normal reactions to experiencing infertility and pregnancy loss. You don't have to experience them alone, we can address these together.

Sometimes we think things that aren't true, which in turn make us feel bad or anxious or sad. I can help you identify these unrealistic, unhelpful thoughts, and teach you techniques to change those thoughts.
