About My Clients
I work with clients of all ages, from children and teens to adults and seniors. My clients may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, or family challenges. I have extensive experience supporting children and families and welcome individuals seeking a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to feel heard, build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
With over 20 years of experience working with children, adults, and families, I bring a compassionate, practical, and individualized approach to therapy. I draw from CBT and play therapy techniques while tailoring treatment to each client’s age, needs, and goals. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. Together, we identify challenges, build effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to be treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. Faith can be an important source of strength, hope, and meaning, and I am comfortable incorporating faith into therapy when it is important to you. I welcome people of all faiths, spiritual backgrounds, and beliefs, including those who do not identify with a particular faith. My role is not to impose my beliefs, but to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, explore what matters to you, and feel genuinely heard and accepted.
