My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with training in trauma informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy. My work centers on trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD with a focus on executive functioning. In our work together, you will gain practical skills to regulate emotions, manage intrusive thoughts, and improve focus and follow through. I help you understand how stress and trauma impact the brain and nervous system so your reactions make sense instead of feeling confusing or out of control. My approach is collaborative and structured. We identify patterns, build coping tools, and apply them to real life situations so progress feels measurable. Clients often leave sessions with clear strategies they can use immediately, along with a deeper sense of confidence and stability in their daily lives.
