I have spent 20 years helping adults and adolescents learn tools that they can use daily to make noticeable and positive changes in their lives. My goal in working with you is to help you learn skills that will serve you throughout your life in a variety of circumstances. We will spend some time figuring out the why behind your current situation, but will also address how to move past your symptoms right now. I create a safe and supportive environment so that you feel fully supported in your journey.
