About My Clients

You try to be present but your mind goes to what is missing-whether it is self esteem, healthy relationships, or a baby. I can help. I help people find a way to be present and love the life they have. Whether you feel anxious all the time, or you are struggling with infertility or miscarriage I can help.
My Background and Approach
We will create a toolbox for you to use so that you will have the skills that you need to deal with the uncomfortable feelings and not let them lead to anxiety and depression. These are tools I have been trained to use and have been using for over 10 years while in practice. Everyone's toolbox looks different and is individualized.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I personally believe that in order to address the deeper beliefs and patterns we first have to get your baseline to a more manageable place and you need to have coping skills in place in order to process through the deeper rooted concerns. With all of my clients we look at all the areas of your life and what it takes for you to feel your best. We highlight the areas that you are doing well and we make a plan for the areas that need improving. We also do a lot around processing grief. Even if you have not had a recent death in your life everyone is grieving some kinds of loss. Once this is in place I use an eclectic approach mostly focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy to identify core beliefs and patterns that need to be challenged to decrease anxiety and or depression.
