My Background and Approach
My style is straight-forward and client empowered with compassion and respect. I accept clients right where they are. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Relationships are in all aspects of your life-from family, friends, and co-workers. I teach resolution skills, compromise, fair fighting, resiliency after infidelity, love languages, and foundations. You don't have to shoulder everything yourself. As an individual in need, help is here. I am LGBTQ-friendly. I believe in kinetic movement, breathing exercises, nutrition, and energy work are important to balance work/life balance. I believe in giving back and have volunteered for many years, most recently with equine therapy programs. I balance myself with family, friends, woman's running/walking group, camping, being outdoors, eating well, reiki, massage, and reading books. Send me a message and let's discuss how I can help.
