About My Clients
People come to me when they realize that they want a better life than they have right now. For whatever reasons they're encountering, sessions with me become a space where problems turn into opportunities and struggles can be seen as gifts. I think everyone who comes to see me is pretty magical and I help them unlock that so they can accomplish whatever they want.
My Background and Approach
My training is based in systems theory which means there are many factors contributing to your successes and challenges. I also see things from a relational and attachment lens which means your history is important as is the current moment. What these basically mean is that I see you as so much more than what you're currently struggling with. And that gives us a lot more latitude to make the shifts that will really make a difference in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we must meet our inner and outer worlds in similar ways. That which we see out there is also in here. I have a deep connection to nature and the natural world and have a background of shamanic training that informs much of the way I see the metaphoric nature of many situations.
