My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Phobias, and Body Focused Repetitive Disorders (BFRBs). I have received training in multiple evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Comprehensive Behavioral Model (CombB).
