About My Clients
I support women struggling with parenting challenges, relationship issues, and other life stressors. I also enjoy working with teen girls (16+) in navigating the stress of the college selection process, moving out for the first time, break-ups, and friendship challenges.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating Anxiety Disorders, Depression, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I have received training in multiple evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
