About My Clients

ADHD and Autism don’t always show up in the ways most diagnostic tools were designed to measure, especially for queer folks, BIPOC clients, and those who’ve been masking for years. My assessments go beyond checklists to explore how neurodivergence intersects with gender, culture, queerness, systems of oppression, and resilience. Rooted in accuracy, affirmation, and accessibility, these assessments are designed to provide clarity for those often overlooked or misdiagnosed by traditional models.

My Background and Approach

I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). My holistic, trauma-informed assessment process honors the full context of each client’s lived experience. I founded and coordinate the Identity Aligned Assessment Program at Clintonville Counseling & Wellness, where I provide assessments and supervision to additional assessors at the practice. Every potential assessment starts with a free consultation call where I help you explore whether a full assessment, or a more accessible option, is the right fit.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am an Asian American, queer, neurodivergent person who deeply values collaboration, care, and intentional growth. In my position as Director of Programming & Culture at Clintonville Counseling & Wellness, a queer counseling practice in Columbus, Ohio, I focus on shaping the systems and programs that support both the practice and the queer community we serve. My work includes supporting internal culture and staff well-being, with attention to sustainability and collective care. I have led ongoing initiatives and training on anti-racism, gender affirming letter writing, and decolonizing mental health.
