Codependency is a complex and often nuanced condition that can negatively affect all of our relationships. To treat codependency I work to help clients develop a sense of self, healthy boundaries, differentiation, and self-compassion.
Grief is the worst. I have a lot of personal and professional experience with grief and loss, and I seek to journey with clients the many sometimes conflicting and alarming emotions that come with experiencing major loss. Grief can be such an isolating and lonely process, and I seek to walk alongside my clients who are grieving with empathy, validation, education, understanding, and warmth.
