My Background and Approach
As someone who has been on a spiritual journey since I was 15, I integrate both Eastern and Western philosophies into therapy sessions and offer a truly holistic approach to healing. I view my work as a therapist as part of a larger collective, working to heal individual and intergenerational trauma to help heal the world. Outside of therapy sessions, I have my own mindfulness and yoga practice and spend much of my time involved in spiritual work. To be clear - I am very much of this world - I can seamlessly shift between mainstream settings and the “woo-woo” alternative worlds. All of you is welcomed in our sessions, I get it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe enjoying life’s simple pleasures is part of our birthright, and I spend my free time enjoying delicious meals, out in nature, or moving my body dancing to loud music. As an avid traveler, I spent much of my 20s exploring the world, eventually landing in Manhattan in my 30s. I know what it’s like to feel alone on a healing journey, and I am here to accompany you so you feel less alone.
