I work with teens, adults, and seniors who may be navigating anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions. Some of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by school, work, family responsibilities, or changes that make life feel uncertain. Others may be coping with loss, emotional burnout, or simply trying to better understand themselves and find healthier ways to move forward.

My background is centered on supporting teens, adults, and seniors through anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions. I am passionate about creating a space where clients from different stages of life feel comfortable, understood, and supported as they work through challenges and build healthier ways of coping. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. I use evidence-based tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand unhelpful patterns, develop coping skills, and feel more empowered in their daily lives. My goal is to help each client feel heard, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.
