About My Clients
Full Circle Counseling supports women who appear strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or depleted within. Using a holistic, feminist approach, therapy integrates counseling, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and whole-food plant-based nutrition to heal mind and body together. The goal is empowerment, clarity, and self-trust—so women leave therapy grounded, confident, and fully aligned with their values and lives.
My Background and Approach
At Full Circle Counseling Services, you aren’t asked to fit into a diagnosis. I bring decades of experience supporting women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My feminist, holistic approach means your thoughts, emotions, relationships, & physical wellbeing are treated as deeply connected — because that’s how your life actually works. I specialize in women’s issues, anxiety, life transitions, and healing the relationship with food, body, and self-worth. I integrate evidence-based counseling with hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and nutritional guidance to help calm your nervous system, clarify your thinking, and restore trust in your body. This isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you remember your strength. Together we gently uncover root causes, not just manage symptoms. You’ll gain insight, practical tools, and emotional safety — so you can leave therapy feeling empowered, grounded, and capable of creating a life
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a feminist, I believe we need to break free from our top-down patriarchal system that keeps women and minorities feeling flawed and less than by design and replace it with a society that values and supports every living being with compassionate care. As a vegan, I believe all sentient beings deserve to live a full, free and safe life and I believe it is our task as humans to protect all living beings and mother earth. As a therapist, I believe our current health care system works only for those at the top and is broken for the rest of us. I believe health care is a human right, not a privilege to be earned. I believe the personal is political and we all need to raise our voices together to prevent further injustice. Finally, I believe lasting happiness requires both a healthy mind AND a healthy body, so I address both in counseling. And I believe everyone deserves support in their quest for a happy, healthy life, so part of my life's work is to provide that support to you!
