I provide tools to inspire and equip mental health and helping professionals to boldly live a life you love, in ALL arenas--especially your relationships. We'll chart a course that is meaningful where you walk away with clarity about where it is you want to be and helpful tools to support you in opening up intimacy and home, with friends, or even at work. For couples we'll use an integrated approach focused on personal responsibility and commitment, strengthening your bond (Emotionally focused therapy), getting clear about your values and bringing these to life together (ACT therapy and mindfulness for couples). In respect to sexual health, I help couples where you feel sexually out of sync or experience performance anxiety, gain tools to experience pleasure and connection WITH your partner. I also help women who've felt restricted around sex and intimacy to get just how worthy of celebration you really are!

We are all doing the best we can, given what we know. Even then, sometimes we don't see how we are impacting those closest to us. We all learned how to deal with distress early on, and most of the time it's not the same as our partner, kids, or employees. Some of us take life head on, others freeze or pull away, irregardless, being able to tune into the way your actions impact each other really does offer a way forward. Intimacy and trust can be built through feedback and working together to create a shared vision that meets both your needs. This is especially true for anyone who felt they missed out on healthy, supportive coaching for a great sex life! Most of us didn't get much guidance, and are bumping into old stories that limit what's possible in bed ( or wherever suits your fancy). We'll take a deep dive into what would sex ideally be for you today. I work with individuals and couples from all orientations, including interfaith, interracial and intercultural.
