About My Clients

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're juggling responsibilities, navigating relationships, or facing unexpected changes. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, family conflict, or simply feeling stuck. Maybe you're used to holding everything together while quietly feeling exhausted or disconnected from yourself. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space to feel heard, gain clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and find a way forward that feels right for yo

My Background and Approach

I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). My approach is eclectic, person-centered, and strength-based because I believe there's no one-size-fits-all path to healing. I tailor our work to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. I believe meaningful change begins with trust, empathy, and genuine connection. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out. Our work together is collaborative and guided by what matters most to you. Whether we're processing difficult emotions, exploring patterns, building coping skills, strengthening your sense of self, or gaining a fresh perspective, I'll meet you where you are. Together, we'll focus on meaningful, realistic steps toward helping you feel lighter, more confident, and more like yourself again.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and accepted for who they are. We all carry different experiences, identities, challenges, and strengths, and I believe those differences deserve to be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I value authenticity, empathy, and genuine human connection. I don't believe healing follows a straight line or that there's one right way to navigate life's challenges. Sometimes growth means making significant changes, and other times it means learning to give yourself grace, recognizing your resilience, or taking one small step forward. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where people from all backgrounds feel welcome and supported. Above all, I believe you are more than the challenges you're facing, and your story, your voice, and your strengths matter.
