About My Clients
I work with ages 7+, with specialized experience among tweens and teens who have issues with anxiety, depression, social skills and relationships, life transitions, and self-confidence. Among adults, I specialize in issues with anger management, life transitions, anxiety/stress, depression, trauma history, relationships.
My Background and Approach
I have completed specialized training in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, and many other techniques. I often use an eclectic approach to therapy to meet the needs of each unique patient. I work specifically with life transitions, addiction needs, trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, relationship needs (basically attachment issues).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the importance of identifying the strengths of others, self-empowerment and focusing on personal responsibility. Life provides us with many options and choices and with every action lies a reaction. Each patient has the ability to choose differently, obtain different results, and set healthy boundaries. Every person has strengths and positive qualities to offer the home and community.
