Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families—helping them feel more connected, navigate challenges, and build a sense of safety within themselves and their relationships.
My Background and Approach
My approach is systemic, client-centered, and collaborative. I believe growth happens through relationships and a strong therapeutic partnership. My goal is to empower clients with tools and insights that support healing, resilience, and lasting change. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you in a warm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I have 8+ years of experience working with children and families in a variety of settings, which has deepened my understanding of family dynamics and strengthened my passion for supporting meaningful change. I am currently a marriage & family therapy graduate student at Alliant International University and a student intern under the supervision of Dan Nyirady, LMFT #80306, at Alliant Couple & Family Clinic (ACFC). I look forward to the possibility of working together.
