About My Clients

You may look like you have it together on the outside, the responsible, thoughtful, “put-together” one, but inside, you often feel anxious, exhausted, or disconnected from your own needs. You might overthink interactions, feel responsible for others’ emotions, or put everyone else first. Many women I work with grew up with inconsistent support or unmet emotional needs, which can create patterns like self-doubt, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, and uncertainty about who they are.

My Background and Approach

In therapy, we explore these patterns and how they developed, helping you reconnect with your needs, understand your reactions, and build self-trust. This is a space to reflect, process, and gain clarity, so you can respond to yourself and others with more confidence and calm.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Healing happens in the balance of laughter and tears. Therapy doesn't have to feel heavy all the time - it's about feeling seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space for children, teens, young adults, and adults. If you're ready to start this journey, I'd love to connect.
