About My Clients
I work with infants/toddlers (ages 0-5), children (ages 6-12), adolescents (ages 13-18), young adults (ages 19-25), expecting parents, and parents/caregivers on a variety issues, but not limited to anxiety, depression, developmental milestones, grief, and coping with medical conditions.
My Background and Approach
I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University after completing my bachelor's degree in Psychology at The American University of Paris. I completed my predoctoral internship at Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Throughout my years of experience, I have had the pleasure to work and care for children and families across schools, camps, clinics, and hospitals in the United States, Colombia, and France. Upon starting therapy, I tell you that the only expert in the room about you is ONLY you and my job is to empower you by sharing my expertise in psychological knowledge and skills. My approach is to provide a safe and supportive space where together we establish goals specific to your needs and work collaboratively to accomplish those goals.
