My Clients come from all walks of life---I've worked w/refugees and c suite professionals, those suffering from debilitating panic attacks and souls who are emerging from years of traumatic abuse. My Clients tend to be introspective, coming in with a strong desire to better understand their presenting concerns. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have the capacity to heal and evolve. None of this "you can't teach an old dog new tricks", instead I whole heartedly believe we can enact change in our lives no matter the past or present circumstances. Psychotherapy can be a a transformational container. As a provider, approaching 20 years in the mental health field, I've seen healing occur for my clients throughout the years, and within my healing journey.
