My Background and Approach
I am trained to provide verbal and creative arts psychotherapy. We can explore the creative part based on your comfort level, without any pressure. The idea is that creativity and expression exist as tools to support our process in therapy. When we feel called or it feels right. A big part of my work has been to help my clients navigate their life experiences and relationship issues through expressive and ancestral healing practices. I am also passionate about working with people who feel called to explore their healing through indigenous plant ceremonies.

It is my desire to provide you with an environment where you can be exactly who you are. So we can explore and grow together. May we get to know each other based on that intuitive spark you felt to reach out to me. This space is where the ancient meets the modern with lots of love and curiosity.
