My Background and Approach

I have a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University - Commerce (2015), a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas (2013), and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama (2010). When I am not working in higher education or counseling clients, I am watching classic science-fiction series, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring different ways to stay active.
