I am passionate about working with immigrants, BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA2S+ community and people of all bodies and abilities. I work from a strength-based, culturally-sensitive and holistic perspective that values your unique experiences and supports you towards achieving your therapy and life goals.
My Background and Approach
I am fluent and available for therapy in both English and Vietnamese. I utilize an integrative approach that combines components of evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, ACT and trauma-informed mindfulness practices. Everyone’s journey is going to be different and I am here to support you as you navigate yours.
