About My Clients

I provide a radical healing space for women and their partners to address concerns related to pregnancy, pregnancy termination, postpartum, and parenting. Adjusting to motherhood (whether of a living child or as a bereaved mom) is one of the biggest transitions you will have in your lifetime. It is a time when support is truly needed. The “should”s can be overpowering. Taking care of yourself is a necessity if you want to show up for others.

My Background and Approach

As a bilingual/bicultural mom of two living children and a bereaved mom, I know of the many limitations in culturally relevant reproductive and parenting wellness services, especially in Spanish. My services exist to break that barrier. Together, we will challenge norms, shatter myths, and develop new insights and skills to help you tap into your inner strength, prioritize yourself, and heal. As an experienced therapist (and a mom who gets it!), I offer you a judgment-free space to have candid conversations about your reproductive wellness and struggles with motherhood so that you can recognize your strength, break cycles, rise strong, and choose how your story goes.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a mom of two living girls and a TFMR mom, I understand how important it is to have emotional support during the journey to pregnancy, pregnancy itself, postpartum, and motherhood. My experiences have led me to support the path of other women. I am committed to providing genuine, empathic, supportive, and collaborative therapy (no mom shaming, ever!). As an immigrant to the U.S. and someone who specializes in patient-centered care, I know how hard and how important it is to receive care that is inclusive, in your language, and in line with your background and values. I provide services in English and Spanish, with a social justice lens. I love helping women of color and LGBTQ+ women live their best lives, authentically and with intention!
