Person-centered therapy is built on the belief that you grow best in a space where you feel understood, valued, and not judged. In our work together, I focus on creating that kind of environment—one where you can show up exactly as you are. My role is to genuinely listen, reflect, and support your process so you can connect more deeply with yourself and discover the insights and direction that already exist within you.

Attachment theory helps us understand how early relationships shape the way we connect, trust, and feel safe with others today. Whether you tend to feel anxious, avoidant, or somewhere in between, we’ll explore how your patterns developed and how they show up in your current relationships. Our work will focus on building awareness, healing old wounds, and creating more secure, stable, and fulfilling ways of relating.

ACT helps you build a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions rather than fighting them or feeling controlled by them. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, learn to navigate difficult thoughts with more flexibility, and practice skills that help you stay present instead of overwhelmed. The goal is to help you create a meaningful life based on your values—not your fears or old patterns.

Anxiety can feel like your mind is always running, your body is always tense, or you’re constantly bracing for something to go wrong. In our work together, we’ll slow things down so you can understand what’s actually driving your anxiety—not just the symptoms. I use a grounded, practical approach to help you calm your nervous system, challenge the thoughts that keep you stuck, and build tools that help you feel more in control of your life again.

Low self-esteem often shows up as self-doubt, perfectionism, overthinking, or feeling like you’re “never enough,” even when others tell you otherwise. Together, we’ll explore where these beliefs came from and gently build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself. My goal is to help you see yourself the way the healthiest parts of you already know you deserve to be seen: capable, worthy, and growing.

Your patterns in relationships (dating, friendships, family dynamics)—whether it’s feeling anxious, avoidant, or stuck in cycles you can’t quite name—often come from the ways you learned to survive and connect earlier in life. We’ll make sense of those patterns in a supportive, non-judgmental space and work toward creating healthier, more secure ways of relating. I’ll help you understand your attachment style and build relationships that feel stable, connected, and safe.
