About My Clients
My clients often feel stuck, in their relationship with food, their emotions, or their partner. They may carry unresolved trauma or deep sadness and want support making sense of it all. Whether you're navigating an eating disorder, depression, trauma, or relationship struggles, you're not alone. I'm here to help if you're ready to understand yourself more fully and create lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I take a personalized, evidence-based approach to therapy, grounded in compassion and collaboration. For eating disorders, I primarily use Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E), a proven method that helps clients understand and shift unhelpful patterns around food, body image, and self-worth. I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build psychological flexibility and reconnect with what matters most. For trauma work, I’m trained in EMDR, a powerful modality for processing painful memories and fostering healing at a deeper level. Whether you're seeking individual therapy or couples work, I tailor the process to fit your unique needs, pace, and goals. As with all therapy, modalities create a wonderful foundation where we can do the therapeutic work, but each type of therapy can be tailored to your unique needs.
