About My Clients
As a first-generation Latina, I understand the pressure of carrying many roles — balancing family, culture, and personal identity while trying to care for everyone else. My work centers on helping you reconnect with yourself, set boundaries, and find relief from stress and self-doubt. I especially enjoy working with BIPOC and Latina/o clients, professionals, and caregivers who are ready to heal, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT and mindfulness while creating space for open, authentic conversation. Whether we’re unpacking old patterns, navigating a major life change, or learning new coping tools, our sessions are designed around your unique needs and pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The name The Collective Path reflects my belief that healing is not something we do alone. We all walk our own paths, but we are deeply shaped by our families, communities, and cultures. Therapy is a way to reconnect with yourself while also understanding the systems and relationships that have influenced you. Together, we can find new ways to navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and confidence. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need a willingness to begin. Whether you’re managing day-to-day stress or working through deeper patterns, my hope is that this space feels like a small exhale — a reminder that you don’t have to carry everything by yourself. If you’re ready to explore what healing and growth can look like for you, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. Let’s take this step together, at your pace, toward a version of life that feels more grounded, connected, and whole.
