Our sexuality and gender are essential aspects of our identity, and exploring these areas of our lives can be both exciting and challenging. I enjoy working with folks questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity, dealing with societal pressures or discrimination, or just wanting to explore their sexuality and gender in a safe, supportive space. I offer therapy that honors all identities and experiences, so you can feel seen, heard, and validated.

Relationships are an essential part of our lives, and they can bring great joy and fulfillment. However, they can also be challenging and complex. I frequently work with clients struggling with communication issues, setting boundaries, putting others’ needs before your own, feeling disconnected from your loved ones, or other relational challenges. I offer an empathetic space where we can work together to explore your feelings, identify patterns, and develop skills to improve your relationships.

Have you ever been trying to make a decision where one "part" of you thought something completely different than another "part" of you? As an IFS-informed therapist, I guide clients in this gentle, non-pathologizing approach to understanding internal parts. This is just one of the self-discovery tools in my toolbox that helps develop self-compassion and heal shame.

While ethical non-monogamy can be incredibly rewarding, it can also come with its own set of challenges. I offer a non-judgmental space where we can work together on those challenges. I work with folks experiencing jealousy, struggling to communicate their needs and boundaries, or just looking for support and guidance as they navigate the ups and downs of a relationship style that doesn’t always have a clear road map.

Our early experiences with attachment and bonding shape the way we relate to others throughout our lives. If you're struggling with attachment issues, such as fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting others, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, my approach could be well suited to working on these issues. I offer therapy that focuses on understanding and healing attachment wounds, which is correlated with healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
