About My Clients
Life’s struggles often echo old stories. You may feel on edge, caught in people-pleasing and perfectionism that leave little space for yourself. Worry and overthinking can make it hard to trust your own voice. In relationships, setting boundaries or asking for what you need feels difficult. I offer a compassionate space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and find ease, self-compassion, and authentic connection.
My Background and Approach
My practice is grounded in psychodynamic and relational approaches, guided by the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding the deeper emotional patterns that shape how we think, feel, and relate. Together, we explore your experiences—both past and present—to uncover the underlying themes influencing your current struggles. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to integrate practical tools for managing anxiety, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and creating healthier coping strategies. This combination allows us to work on both insight and action, helping you build awareness, resilience, and a more authentic way of being in your relationships and in yourself.
