My Background and Approach
My approach is depth-oriented and relationally-focused. I aim to help you go beneath the surface and get to the root of the issues you are facing. If you've tried other therapy methods without success, it may be time for a more psychoanalytic approach. In our sessions, we will delve deep together to unearth patterns (especially painful ones that are keeping you stuck) and connect the dots between past and present. As a collaborative unit, we will work together to generate meaning out of your experiences and make sense of things in your life. I can help you untie the knots that feel knotted and tangled so that you can live a more rich, fulfilling, and happy life.
