About My Clients
I work best with adults navigating grief, trauma, PTSD, faith transitions, and major life changes. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. In our work together, we use creative and evidence-based approaches to explore emotions, rebuild trust in the self, and move toward healing. Whether you're processing a recent loss or carrying pain from the past, this is a space for reflection, growth, and support—at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
I'm a licensed therapist with a background in clinical mental health and the arts. I support individuals working through grief, trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. My approach integrates EMDR, IFS (parts work), and creative therapies—including art and clay work—to support deeper healing and self-understanding. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to explore. I offer a space where your full experience is welcome—especially the parts that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with all parts of ourselves. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you're curious about working together or want to know if this approach is right for you, I’m happy to answer questions and help you get started.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer a space where your full experience is welcome—especially the parts of you that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. My work is grounded in parts-based therapy, meaning we explore the different aspects of your inner world with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique process.
