About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed, stuck or unsure where to begin. Sexual trauma, anxiety, depression or a major transition may have changed how you see yourself and what feels possible. I work with young adults and adults who want to talk about what genuinely matters, understand the beliefs and patterns holding them back, and build a steadier sense of self-worth. You do not need a polished explanation before we start.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative and empowering. I draw from CBT, IFS, mindfulness, narrative and psychodynamic therapy. We can explore how earlier experiences shaped the way you see yourself, get curious about parts that pull in different directions and challenge the stories that keep you small. I am not here to hand you all the answers. I will help you uncover your own, while offering structure, reflection and practical support. The work moves at your pace but remains focused on meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Compassion, empathy and respect are non-negotiable in my work. I believe therapy should help you offer those qualities to yourself, not only receive them from someone else for an hour each week. Your pain deserves to be taken seriously, and it does not have to become the whole story of who you are. I value a space where difficult experiences can be named without judgment and where self-discovery leads to more choice, confidence and authenticity.
